PILATES








Pilates is a system of physical and mental training that unites the vitality and muscle strength with mental control and breathing. Pilates emphasizes the so-called center of force, consisting of the abdominal area, the base of the back and the buttocks, strengthening these parts of the body. Energy work is from the inside out, creating strength and muscular development.

El Centenar o Los Cien, es un ejercicio que se realiza en 10 repeticiones, contando hasta cien. Desarrolla resistencia coordinada con la respiración.
