DANCE THERAPY





Dance therapy is a technique that generates communication between oneself and the environment through open body language. The aim of this therapy is to use the body as a tool to express freely the experience of emotions and feelings, resulting in the creation of a dance of its own, using music, sounds, songs and more.


This practice has a variety of benefits, including:


Creation of body and emotional awareness;


Creation of confidence and internal power;


Oxygenation of the blood through conscious breathing;

QI GONG - CHI KUNG



Qigong is very old, tradtitional training of the intrinsic energy in the body. Qigong seeks to develop energy, increase it and control it for health and longevity. There is hard and soft qigong, moving and still qigong, internal and external qigong. Our classes combine all these for the total development of the body's energy.










TAI CHI YANG





















Tai Chi is an internal martial art that combines martial arts with techniques of movement of Qi, or vital energy.  Through the use of circular movements that are relaxed and expand throughout the body, Tai Chi manages to develop internal strength.  Its benefits are many - relieving stress, creating health and vitality, producing longevity, generating clear thinking, calming the temperament, redistributing energy throughout the body, promoting discipline, relaxing muscles, improving blood circulation, massaging the internal organs and increasing the amount of oxygen in the body. 

YOGA HATHA
















Yoga means union and is defined as an experience of a union between body, mind and spirit.  Through this union and the use of breath, asanas, or postures, Yoga results in calmness, firmness and clarity of body and mind and ultimately leads to internal balance.  Regular yoga practice improves concentration, aligns energy, harmonizes emotions and stimulates the body's digestive, nervous, immune and endocrine systems
